Oak Center Apartments in Oakland, CA offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartment homes through the City of Oakland’s LIHTC and Section 8 affordable housing programs.

Our affordable Oakland community offers a 12-month lease term.

We only accept applications when the waitlist is open. Currently, the waitlist is closed. Applicants should contact the management office for additional information.

We review all income, asset, and member data from the completed application to ensure it aligns with HUD and Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements.

We do operate off of a waitlist, and it is currently closed, meaning we unfortunately are not accepting applications at this time. Don’t be discouraged though as our waitlist may open up again at any given time.
